Volunteer Recruitment and Training
Wish Team organizes info sessions and volunteers trainings regularly to help volunteers get prepared for their service and stay updated about our latest services. Through interactive presentations, case sharing and role-playing in the trainings, volunteers learn how to effectively interact and build rapport with child patients, and how to catch a child’s most cherished Wish.
