Wish Coordinator

Reporting to the Senior Service Officer, the successful candidate’s responsibilities will include but not necessarily be limited to the following areas:

 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the planning and execution of wishes
• 
Collect and track all required wish paperwork
• 
Maintain wish statistics for report purposes
• 
Enter wish information into database and monitors data quality
• 
Maintain files on wish-granter volunteers
• 
Other duties as assigned by supervisor

 

Requirements:

• Diploma and/or suitable experience in social service/ public health or related disciplines
• 
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities
• 
Demonstrated ease when interacting with varying personalities
• 
Excellent communication skills, in Chinese and English, both verbal and written
• 
Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint – experience with database management a plus
• 
Flexible to work some evenings and weekends as required (you will be compensated with time off in lieu)
• 
Occasional travel is required

Communications Officer

Working in the Marketing and Communications Department and reporting to the PR & Communications Manager, the successful candidate’s responsibilities will include but not necessarily be limited to the following areas:

 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the web enhancement project so as to improve online fundraising transaction experience and maximize SEO/SEM performance
• 
Manage and create content for digital platforms, publications and promotional materials
• 
Generate regular reports and analyze through web analytics and metrics, track and monitor the performance of online promotion and fundraising campaigns
• 
Assist in organizing corporate communications and/or fundraising events / projects
• 
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (both online and offline) to help promote the organization so as to help raise funds for children with critical illnesses
• 
Work with vendors for the production of online/offline marketing communications materials
• 
Ad hoc duties as required

 

Requirements:

• University degree with at least 3 years’ experience, preferably in marketing, communications, public relations, languages or related disciplines
• 
Proven ability in running integrated marketing campaigns with track records
• 
Knowledge in website CMS and donation management system
• 
Experience in digital marketing, social media and image editing skills
• 
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• 
Experience in working in the non-profit sector is an asset
• 
Self-motivated, ability to work independently, multi-task and work efficiently
• 
Occasional travel is required
