I wish to have a camera lens

Chun Hei, 22, Right Distal Femur Osteogenic Sarcoma

A Camera Lens Connects 2 Wish Children

We shared beautiful photos of Oliver’s helicopter ride. The talented photographer behind the lens is actually another Wish Child, Chun Hei, a survivor of osteogenic sarcoma. In 2018, he had to take a long break from school to undergo surgery, chemotherapy, and physical therapy, which was an incredibly challenging journey for Chun Hei. Despite his serious illness, Chun Hei never gave up on his passion for photography. He wished for a new lens to capture more beautiful moments and document his daily life.

Chun Hei is passionate about capturing events and portraits, so we invited him to be a volunteer photographer for Oliver’s Wish Day, using his new lens. He was very grateful for the opportunity to serve other Wish Children and share the joy of Wishes. Chun Hei also connected with Oliver’s family, exchanging experiences about their illnesses and encouraging one another.

We hope this new lens and experience bring Chun Hei even more inspiration for his photography, allowing him to discover the beauty in people and things around him. Let’s take a moment to appreciate Chun Hei’s masterpieces!
